Just remember baby wipes - not toilet paper - are the ticket in those situations.  Oh so much softer, and they don't disintegrate in sweaty hands.

There's always at least one baby wipe in my pack.

They even come in a little packet that can be used to pack out the wipe - if you open it carefully.
