Question for Oldguysrule re Hydration (Read 128 times)

    Hey Dan - First, the mouse olympic video on your blog is a hoot!! I can't imagine how much time and patience it took to teach that mouse to do that. Second - Great race report re Fells. I'm sorry your ankle got so messed up, but I hope it's doing better. Third - I was intrigued by the fact that you switched your drinks in the middle of your run. Could you please list what they are again and explain why you did that? When my friend, Kate, ran her 100, she used 3 (?) different mixes. I've never asked her why, or how she figured out when to switch, but I suppose I should sometime. I have used only GU2O mixed with maltodextrin to cut the sweetness of the GU. I'm willing to play around with other variations, and the time to start would be now, to get used to them before my next run in March. Anyway- would love to hear more about this from you and anyone else who wants to pipe up.
