100metres from home last night, and i go to land on my right foot on the path and don't see that its actually a little pot hole i am about to land on / in. Needless to say i land and my ankle rolls over to the outside quite sharlpy and i say a few choice words, try to run it off but that just hurts. So thats this weekends Half Mara Race out the window, and training was starting to really pick up well the last couple of weeks, i am a very impatient patient, so hope this clears up quickly (currently icing evry 2 hours at my desk!!) as i have much bigger fish to fry than half mara's later in the year.
I feel better now i have shared, am a little bit miffed as i have had no injuries for a while, but what can you do.
Hope everyone else is keeping well.

That is all I can say apart from be as impatient as you want you are NOT going to run on that ankle for at least a week just get it rested and iced.
Talking of fish to fry at the end of the year, can you email me jezza [at] magicforest.co.uk I have an idea!
