I just looked at the list of finishers on you photo album and it's interesting that I know a few of the people on it.
Funny when you go to these races, it is like a little family as there are so many regulars.
Well it is day 2 of the recovery process, I am feeling pretty good still a tad sore around the hips and a little tight in the quads. Generally OK and will probably go out for a 10 km recovery run tomorrow just to get rid of the stiffness
