I have just bought myself a Solar Monkey and Solar Nut to allow me to charge my Garmin up whilst on longer runs. Obviously I will need to have a spare one running whilst the other one is being charged. Initial test prove that a fully charged Solar Nut will do the job easily, the question is how many charges I can get out of one without resorting to the Solar Monkey, a colleague states with one fully charged Solar Nut

1) Ipod twice

and with a seperate fully charged

2) her camera once

So it looks promising for the GUCR if we take it in turns with our garmins
