    Morning chaps,

no doubt you will be receiving this after your long sunday 30 mile sessions. I'm looking for a summer challenge. Nothing crazy this year, but ultra needs to be the ticket to get my juices flowing.

I have successfully completed 3 runs this week, totalling 10 miles, just 12 weeks after the triple break to that right leg of mine. My run yesterday was at a jaw dropping 11.30s per mile!!! Although I am conscious of taking it very steady as I don't want to injure myself, it feels so good to be back on the roads and parks of south london again! I am thinking of the Downland Ultra in July as this is just a 30 mile bimble around the countryside of the beautiful ditchling beacon. Any takers as a support/help for me? I don't think I will be doing a 4.40 this time round, but it is more about the journey than the time. I know this is around the times of the NDW and SDW which sadly I won't be doing this year. Any other ideas for a comeback run?
