Aaaahhhh

I am doing Faversham the 6 hour ultra if I am accepted on the 26th July......

If it is over subscribed then it will be the 50 Mile Challenge, I have to beat my demons after the Moonlight Challenge

Jerry, I think that we are both in for Faversham. Although, apparently, I didn't put enough postage on my application... Black eye

Poor old Sid had to go and get it from the Post Office.
Nothing to say at the moment.

I considered doing the Orpington thingy!

Legs are still shot - almost 4 weeks after the race. Really struggling with the mileage this week.

I might, just, be back to normal in time for Oxford.
Nothing to say at the moment.

My mileage is slowly going up and now feeling the benefits although I really have to work on my stretches.

Ooops we are pirating poor old Matt's 50 mile Challenge thread here Blush

Well. I'm all set now. One week to go.

Longest training run was 30 miles and 5 hours, June was a very heavy duty month but it's paid dividends. I can now run marathon distance+ in the evening with not alot of ill effects the next day.
