I have fixed runs at the moment:
I hope to 100km + for #2 and 38miles + for #3
There are rumours of something in the latter part of the year but will probably go for LDWA events as "fillers"
That looks good Flynn, plenty on there to tempt me for next year, i see Jerry already has some big plans.
I think i need to add a new Run Type after yesterdays run, i am calling it ICE, very hard work especially when running/slipping nearly 27miles, nearly did the splits on one occasion and have a sore inner thigh (groin) area to-day. I hope it gets a bit better as i dont want to do 60+ miles this week on the gym treadmill . Hope evryone is fit and healthy last up week for me and then 3 week taper as per L2B, will probably put on half a stone over Xmas, but just view it as extreme carbo loading .
