Bill, what are the times i know some are in the morning. right? well hope to hear from you soon . ive been running and im going for a run now!

Loni,

Excellent. Get in the running when you can. It will help when you get back. Right now those that are still around Whitefish are meeting at 10:00 AM. Just meet with the group. Check in with Mr. Shultz and go on one of our fun, typical routes. Keep it easy. We'll be hitting it serious beginning the week following the break. We will have only seven weeks of the season left at that time. Just enough time to get where we want.

im going to spokane thursday. im pretty sure i have 10 [practices. im just trying to make sure.
