I was just wanting to know what time our time-trial is on friday. But since i am posting this on thrusday night, i understand that i might not get an answer.

I was kind of wondering the same thing myself... but since Bill didn't say anything about it, I would assume it will be at 8. I was going to get there early so that I would have time to get some blanks and go for a warm up. I suppose it's better to be there early than late.

Yes, you want to be there at practice time. The actual run will probably start @8:15-8:30, you know how it goes trying to get started on time!

I'll be expecting to see everyone there at 8:00 am for the traditional warm-up mile and stretching. I will then allow for blanks to be inserted, etc. with the time trial to begin at 8:30 am. If you arrive early, you have the opportunity to take care of the footwear prior to warming up, which is always a good thing.
