Sure, there's ton's of snow on the ground and it's finally hit barely over 40 degrees, if we don't take wind into account (which might bring it back to freezing), but that's typical track season. That means three weeks of easy running build-up until we can do some really fun stuff. That also means running in cold wind, and jumping over cold water puddles. It means team running mechanic drills, stretching and talks by the coaches on the gym floor. Thank goodness it's almost track season.
