Well how is everybody doing? I am planing on going on a 10 mile run tomarrow will have to see how it goes with this -20 weather. Hopefully I won't lose any fingers or toes . Yes it might take me a while to get my miles in but i will get them in as soon as i can. This map traking things is pretty sweet.
