I think this is how you do it, although, I have to admit that I don't really remember how I did it in the first place...

• Click "options" in the upper right hand corner of your screen
• Click "My Profile"
• Click the box that says "Allow the world to see my profile and stats"
• Next, click on the "Options" link again to get back to the main menu
• Click on "My Log Preferences"
• Select "Allow everyone to see my log"

Your profile and running log should be public now... If you want, take some time to fill out your profile so that people know who you are. -Jacob
