Barefoot and happy

    An unexpected benefit of barefoot running: better balance and stronger lower legs seem to make it much easier to run safely on ice. Soft shoes with better ground-feel probably don't hurt either.

        Ed has probably thought about or experimented with barefooting and Yak Trax... Wink

         I ran half my last race on my left foot!               I don't always roll a joint, but when I do, I usually roll my ankle
