Barefoot and happy

    An unexpected benefit of barefoot running: better balance and stronger lower legs seem to make it much easier to run safely on ice. Soft shoes with better ground-feel probably don't hurt either.

          ice is only frozen water, so no big deal, as You learn to run on water lightly without breaking the molecul surface tension Big grin
