    This week's (5/18) Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel on HBO had a decent piece on barefoot running at the top oft he show.

     

    Sadly, all the great footage of the Boulder Barefoot Running Club ended up on the cutting room floor.

     

    Not sure if the episode is online yet, but it's replaying all week on HBO.

      I found it last week and set my dvr to record it. I'm curious to see how they spin it. Our local NBC did a spot on barefoot running two weeks ago but it was really about VFF running.

      Ashley Goals: 1)Get my IT Band to cooperate! 2) Run lots of trails.
