Certainly Something...

    I'm finally running in such a way that I don't get blisters, and I feel like I could run a couple of miles after I'm done.  Few weeks of this and I might kick it above 2 miles again.  Gently place foot down, pull foot directly up.  Tada.  Now to keep at it.

    Barefoot and happy

      Nice.  Keep at it indeed. 

      And if winter gets in the way, rest assured that all this work will still pay off big in the spring.
