Well, as I've been advised by a rather large contingent of people, I am eating my $50 race fee (but I'm going to go pick up my number and shirt if I can) for my Half Marathon. I've been ordered to get evaluated by a physical therapist and the Doc wrote a prescription for PT 2-3 times/week for 4 weeks. *sigh*
