How are you all getting on?
I'm finally back running. Very slowly and very gently. I walk-ran for 1 month and I'm now running without walk breaks but I'm running over 2min/mile slower than I used to in the hope that a gentle return will stop my foot getting hurt again. Also building up slowly mileage wise. Hope to do 9 miles next week, then increases of 10% with fall back weeks. I've decided to do a variation on the HADD LHR thang in order to prevent me running too hard/fast. I've been turbo training and elliptical training to keep some CV up when not running.
