    I cannot recommend these enough for prevention of hamstring injury and re-injury.  I got the video links from an academic journal article discussing evidence-based exercise routines designed to prevent hamstring injury and re-injury.  Among the findings:  stretching did NOT reduce the risk of injury.  These were the only exercises shown by clinical studies to significantly reduce hamstring injury and re-injury.
