apparently i can eat almost zero for 25 days during a recovery month and hold steady just by drinking beer on the w/e.
if you ask me, that IS exciting stuff.
pretty sure the only way to get where i want is to eliminate the cans at this point. my body knows all my tricks and i can no longer fool it.
Do you mean switch to bottles or lopping off the ta-tas (aka puppies, girls ect...)
i don't know what the ta-tas is but i do have a tu-tu.
actually i am the exception and prefer a can over a bottle. i find drinking out of a bottle rather annoying as the straw keeps falling in.
for dinner, i just had a bowl of ice cream. now i don't feel so good.

Yeah, seriously. So what this means is that I have to actually start taking a few steps earlier than I had planned. Not cutting beer out entirely through the holidays, but definitely cutting down. Boo. Also, nightly desserts need to stop. Random cookies. Cleaning up my kids' plates after they don't finish dinner. Random dog treats. Stop microwaving sticks of butter to suck down. Stuff like that. No way I'm going into January over 180.
Give him a break, maybe he's pregnant.
