                       yeah, LR did that in NY on a course with some long hills!

                       Actually, 3:08 was my first Boston (2010).  NYC was 3:01 (2011).  I'd be happy with either time now.

                            This is what the McMillan Running calculator says for Michelle's predicted 5K time based on her marathon time:  21:35. 

                             

                            So she was obviously not running the Grahamtastic 5K for speed.

                                Thanks guys, wow. Awesome races for everyone I'm so happy for doug. We were clockwork for 18 miles and then i fell off pace. I didn't have a watch but i thought i had the bq until i saw the clock. I'm ok with it though and there were so many other good races.
