A few of you asked about a resource I found about how to use Kinesio-tape to support your plantar facia. It has definitely helped me and easy to do. There are also other videos from this link for different issues. You can also find instructions on YouTube on how to tape any minor injury. I use tape and it has worked well on some things and not so great for others but with a try. And do not use KT brand, it doesn't stick. Muellers or roc tape
