    This is a 30 day plank challenge that my sister sucked me into on FB... Given that I do nothing for my core, I'm only on day 3 and it's already difficult. Cuch is in, too. Who else? It's absolutely dead simple.

                  Been doing this every night for the last month. Up to about 130 seconds,... Tough! have you notice my abs of steel!

                  Life's journey is not to arrive safely to the grave in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming ... WOW! What a ride!
