    not! I was going to run but for no real reason my blood sugars fell to the floor after some fignewtowns I check it and I was down to 48. not f@#$ing good. the fig newtons have kicked in and I'm coming out of the fog. that totally sucks and made me miss my run. grrrrrrrr

      Been there and can totally relate. All dressed up and too low to go. My sympathies.

        Definitely one of the most frustrating parts of having diabetes! I detest lows (just coming out of a minor one myself), and especially when they interfere with a workout. It's hard not to make more of it than it is....but really, it's just one workout. Can seem like more of a disaster than it is when you're all charged up and ready to go. Hope your next workout goes better....or at least goes Smile
