    got no urge to train. grrr! I want to but keep finding excuses - it's too cold, I'm too tired, project to do. blah blah blah.

     Tri Rule #1 of Triathlon Training/Racing - If Momma ain't happy nobody is happy 

      Simplest way I know? Tell yourself you must go for a ten minute run... If you want to, you can quit after ten minutes. Chances are, you won't.
