    I did ok - missed my 5k run but stayed disciplined at thanksgiving dinner and didn't give in to temptation. too bad there is a table full of pie and doughnuts in the break room today. Black eye

      I think I did OK on Turkey Day. I got up and ran 5 miles, so I was able to eat what I wanted Big grin
