I will be at the Outer Banks of North Carolina for a week in mid-July. Anyone know of any good running trails I could visit?

It's a big family trip. Not being into the water and beach scene, I think it will be a good time to ramp up my running during this, my comeback year.
90 degrees and did a little running on the beach this morning. Might try it barefoot tomorrow.
