Hi everybody. Really good to find a running forum with links to others who run with diabetes. I'm Type I, dxd 26 years ago. 46 years old. Have had many good years of control but last few have hovered in the 6's low 7's. My last A1c was 7.6 which is to say the least, extremely frustrating. Have been training for a half marathon for the past 16 weeks and am hoping this will help me to attain better control. Looking forward to becoming more diligent with exercise, diet, and bg control. Great to be here. Thanks, Scott
