Shocked at good nuimbers (Read 288 times)

I had to call the Doc to get the results, but the numbers are good. I was worried as they had been trending up. My before breakfast numbers are IMO not good breaking 100 about 75% of the time. I had been getting readings in the low to mid 90s for the past 2 years. A1c 6.0 HDL 28 LDL 82 Tri 314 (OK that is not good)

To paraphrase an old poster: Today is the first day of the rest of your training. It doesn’t matter where you started or how far you’ve come. Today is the day. Your training didn’t start 6 weeks ago. Your training started the last time you hit the road. John “the Penguin” Bingham Life is not tried, it is merely survived if you're standing outside the fire
