    How did your year go?

It went fairly well for me, my track season of 2012 (freshman) went very well. I went to our league finals in the 110m hurdles and placed second to my sophomore teammate posting a time of 15.97, 7th fastest freshman time in Cal. My other events went alright but not on the same level.

As for 2012 XC I've always been on the slower side for distance, no surprise to me. After being out for a month due to injury I ffinally got back into racing slowly but surely. By the end of the season I was up there with my sophomore teammates and posting some decent times.

It went well for me. It was my first complete year off running. I broke 20, 19, then 18 In the 5k.  Finished 9th place at my very wimpy state meet, had a poor performance at footlocker, finished in the top-3 in my age group at every road-race I ran. I will run track for the first time this spring and I hopefully will break 11 for 3200 and 5 for 1600. Right now it sucks because I just began training with the local highschool team which is awesome and I sprained my ankle on Christmas day so now I can't run for at least a few days.

        Goals- Sub-5 mile; sub-11 3200; sub-2:20 800

Pretty good. 1st track season as a 7th grader was tough but I got better towards the end of the season and ran 6:12 in the 1600. During XC I improved a lot and got the hang of running. I ran 19:33 in the 5k and 12:38 in the 2 mile. Recently I broke 6 minutes in the 1600 at an indoor track meet so it ended pretty well.
