    WO: Just about to head out for a run. The last month has been 2 weeks rest and 2 weeks of very short and slow stuff. Time to rebuild

      Hi! I have migrated from runnersworld with the same user name 

       

      WO- I was so mad about my poor result at footlocker that I am going to run a 3k TT to regain some confidence and know I am capable of a faster time than 10:56.

       

      QOTD- blue 

      Goals- Sub-5 mile; sub-11 3200; sub-2:20 800

       

        Lifting tonight if i'm not tired. Spent all morning traveling back to school. Not sure what lifts i'm doing but will update later

         

        WOTD: Squat 3 x 5 @ 185 lbs

        Overhead Press 3 x 5 @ 75 lbs

        Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 185 lbs

        Lat Pulls 3 x 5 @ 100 lbs

        Shoulder Rows 3 x 5 @ 130 lbs

        Front Raises 3 x 10 @ 15 lbs

        Later Raises 3 x 10 @ 10 lbs
