I recently completed a set of 1000's and was a wondering what everyone throughout they would coralate into for a 5k. I ran 5x1000 on a xc route with one minute rest between intervals my splits were 3:18, 3:21, 3:20. 3:21, 3:20.
Goals- Sub-5 mile; sub-11 3200; sub-2:20 800

Uhmm, well its hard to know without knowing a bit more (were you going all out, or just pushing a little), but I would GUESStimate somewhere around mid seventeens. just a guess though I could be way off .

The first three felt fine, a little hard, then I had to push the last two. I was not fully dead at the end though.

If you can do 3:20s with one minute rest, I would say you could do around 17:30. A 5k at 320/k pace is a ~1640.
