I'm running a 7k on Saturday morning. I was hoping this PF would allow me to race, but that's not going to happen.

7k done in 38:10, not my best paces, but under the circumstances(PF w/reduced mileage), I'll take it.

Thanks for the good wishes! I finished in 1:16:09, which is a pretty good pace for me. I stuck with the 1:20 pace group for the first 2 miles before me and another lady set out on our own. I had a blast but now I am going to take a nap!
