Don't feel too, too bad, Vino!!!  2/5 aint bad.......especially running a 1:38 HM!!!  I can only dream!!!!

Keep the running and fitness up and keep the weight from coming back.

Run more miles than last year.

ran 2x half marathons this year both at 1:38 even!! Smile

i may slip in the summit makorako by the end of the year but that is more likely to be jan/feb and thoughts of a toyed with one day mission are just too much...might have to make it a three day effort. I just am not at the elite endurance level - need to face that fact!! I have given up on the sub 20 minute 5km.  Ran 21:35 last night quite comnfortably but notching up the pace too much from there ends up with me just blowing out. 20:26 was my best this year.

So a lot of 'giving up' but also achieved a lot this year
