    At this point, just get healthy so that I can run again. The leg had been feeling pretty good, but under my Drs orders, no exercise. Then yesterday morning I woke up to terrible cramp, the calf muscle was hard as a rock. I had to massage it relax and it felt ready to tear again all day yesterday. Feels a bit better today. I think this doing nothing is not helping at all, so I think I'm going to start doing some stretching and see how my exercise bike feels. It's been almost 3 months now. LPH
