I was going to buy a training book... (Read 268 times)

I looked at a few at the bookstore last night. There were several about training for a half or full marathon. But then I realized that this place beats any book. It's interactive. I can ask specific questions. I get a variety of good answers. Lots of sound advice from people who have BTDT. Plus, I can't come home and share my little victories with a book.

Have you looked at this site? That's the plan I started using. I'm beyond it now, so I may look at the intermediate plan.

Good! You'll have to let us know how it's going for you.

I will--I'm only on week one, and I actually have 4 1/2 months, so I'm stretching it out.
