Please keep us (and your teammates) updated on your running progress during the summer. You should be running 4-5 days a week. These runs are not intended to be super hard workouts, but are supposed to keep you in shape and ready to go on day 1. Also, please go to the options page and check "allow admin to view running logs" so everyone can see all of your hard work!
