Where are your favorite places to run?

i live just off a bike path, so i run on that most of the time. i have yet to run in the arb (a travesty, i know). Are there any good trails around the Madison area aside from what is in the arb?

yes. on or off road? If you want easy with no traffic, get on the military ridge trail. Badger Prairie Park is a great place to do some loops off road. the Cap City trail is great and you can get as many miles in as you want, if it is less than 20 I suggest an out and back. The Lake Monona 20K is a personal favorite. The course is well marked.. map my run.com has a good selection of local runs.

let me know how these go i am happy to recommend some more. Yeah anywhere around campus or the union is good too

Thanks! i'm thinking more off road. i'll have to check out Badger Prairie for sure.

i live just off the Monona 20k route. Once i get my mileage back up (whee, injury recovery), that's one of the first things i want to do. There's something just so satisfying about running around the lake.
