Bad Ass

    I ended up doing kickboxing and it felt nice.  I found out why I got this bad reflux and it relates to the medication I took this week.  It was the lower dosed medication which is right beside the one I am taking now.  So, after a week of taking the 20mg medication, of course I got bad.  My normal dose is 40mg.

     

    Nobody said I was a genius!
