RVD maybe I missed this –but what did you decide to do about the 10K?
I have a long intervals day scheduled for next Tuesday, namely 2wu+2(2m@1/2MPw1mr)+2cd = 12 miles. If I don't feel anything in my hamstring then I'll go ahead and do the 10k. I have an easy 5 scheduled for tomorrow (not doing the pick ups), 12 on Sunday, 5 on Monday (and may ignore the 8 strides), so that should rest the legs up.
