I figured I'd be up first.
I'm watching "Spirit of the Marathon" while having breakfast and getting ready. I need to leave the house in about an hour. My nerves have settled a bit. It looks like the rain may hold off until a half hour or more into the race.
I hope to check in with a "proof of life" at around 11am with full race report soon after.

Got my run in, 2.5 miles very easy, then about 3 min fast with brief all-out effort at end. Already got over 200 g of carbs in, most from Cytocarb, but also a banana, some other fruit and some juice, I'll have some oatmeal in a bit also.
Again, I apologize for not being around more often. I went from supervising 50 employees to almost 120 and there is no end in the immediate future. It's become less stressful, but the busy work seems non-stop.

19.26 in 2:46ish on a very hilly route. Extremely happy with that and I felt I could have tacked on a few more. I usually do 2-3 LRs before a marathon and that was the second. I may go for another one next Saturday which is just before vacation.

I ran a too-long run today. Planned 22, ended up 23.5, and due to some serious wind/ice took longer than it should. I was tired during the last 4 miles, which also were uphill. Not as fun/fast as my last two 20 milers, but I feel fine now that I'm done so hopefully no damage done. Another cup of coffee and I might even thaw out a little.

Jen...Wow, that's a long training run! Still feeling fine afterwards has to be a nice confidence boost. Remind me that it went okay for you when I have 24 to do in a couple weeks, please? Good luck with the thawing.
