Marathoner Dailies

This is one of my favorite runs at the C&O Canal. The starting point is at Noland's Ferry. You go upstream first 4 miles and see Point of Rocks, Maryland and then come back. I usually stop at my car for a quick drink and then head downstream to see the Monocacy Aqueduct and the Dickerson substation and then back.
