Jeff, I see you ran another 20:16. I know you want to break that 20 minute barrier and it will happen. Keep doing what your doing and you'll "break on through to the other side"!

Yeah, it was just too small a race - nobody at all near me for the last two miles so it was more like a training run. I'll get there, but I am actually thinking about switching my focus now to begin prepping for my Fall marathon. I really want to nail that!
