I got delayed in New Orleans on Wednesday w/o running shoes and did not make it back home until after midnight Angry. Starting over with yesterdays run Sad. Will see how it goes.

Bummer. Travel can really suck. I had to go to Denver a couple of weeks ago - luckily I was travelling west because by the time I got to my hotel it was 11:00 Denver time so I still had an hour to get my run in.

Yep - travel is the reason for my last few days off - 4/13, 4/14, and 4/17. I flew into Denver too ...
