    Hello all. I decided to join this group from chatting with ShanHas. I have not run today (yet) and didn't run yesterday, so today will be the first day when I return from my run. Smile After this post I will go. *holding up pinkie swear finger* Anyway, I am terrible about being consistent and am hoping this goal will motivate me. Cool And, I love that line in the movie Old School:"Everybody's doing it!" Thanks for letting me in. Jilly
