    Run 1,800 miles

    Do 10 minutes of core work every day

    10 mile goal: 1:12:00 (Black Cat 10 miler - March)

      Thank you Jeff. I usually only run 1/3 of a mile every day as our warm up lap for P.E. but I will be training for Cross Country so I will get more miles in.
