150 days in the bank (Read 113 times)


In it for the long run..

    It won't last forever, but today was 150 straight.  No travel, illness or anything else got in the way.  My goal is to keep it up within reason.  Last day off was March 20.

      2015 Goals

      Run 1,800 miles

      Do 10 minutes of core work every day

      10 mile goal: 1:12:00 (Black Cat 10 miler - March)
