    Jeff, thanks for the great advice. That is actually exactly how I would approach a return to running and I am thinking getting some coaching/professional help will be a good idea.

     

    As far as age, I'm implying the opposite...34 is young - especially in running. I have a goal of being that 90 year old lady kicking but in a race! Smile

      Cool goal - I plan to be that old guy too - but when you're 90 I'll be 95 so you may be ahead of me then.  Wink

      2015 Goals

      Run 1,800 miles

      Do 10 minutes of core work every day

      10 mile goal: 1:12:00 (Black Cat 10 miler - March)
