After nearly 4 months off and no improvement in my symptoms, the podiatrist cleared me to run. "As long as it's not hurting you any more than walking or standing then it should be all right, just don't push it." Sheesh. I guess I should have never stopped...but then I wouldn't have this extra 13 pounds of weight to work out with....
