My first streak of more than 6 days, ever. I decided to go back to my old Mizuno Wave Riders that only had 200-ish miles on them, and I ran in them w/o socks this time. Small raw spot after 3.1 miles, but not bad. That's the funny thing. I'm finding this low mileage build up much more forgiving on the attire and shoes that I'm wearing. I'm using it to determine if it's time for a different line of shoes--I get enough fatigue to get feedback on my choices, yet not enough to get major injury started.
